APPLICATION


 The alkaline agents it contains provide considerable degreasing power and allow for dissolving and eliminating accumulated proteins, sugars, starches, fats, and other food stains.
When used at the recommended concentrations, this product can be applied to stainless steel, glass, plastics, stoneware, and other surfaces compatible with alkaline detergent solutions.
Adaptable to all product batchers.

Product dosage:

Adhere to guidelines provided by machine or wash tunnel manufacturers, which usually recommend dosages between:

Soft water: 1 to 3 g of product, depending on soiling levels.
Hard water: 3 to 5 g of product, depending on soiling levels.

* For cleaning surfaces that may come into contact with food, it is mandatory to rinse with drinking water.
